Food for thought

Did you ever notice how many food commercials are on TV? There were precisely 35 of them during an episode of C.S.I:NY. I counted.

And then I had chocolate protein shake number 3 of the day…delicious!

Just say NO!

My current mantra : Just say NO!

  1. If I could cut out alcohol from my diet I’d probably be about 98 pounds. Unfortunately that’s not something I’m willing to do.

    My husband once asked why I drank so much and I jokingly responded, “Try being married to YOU and see if that doesn’t drive YOU to drinking.”

    *well, at least I think I was joking? hehehehe

  2. I think that you were joking…if not, blame it on the alcohol. That’s what I do and studies have shown it works 99% of the time 30% of the time.

    Trust me.

  3. I cut out alcohol and discovered that I really COULD eat whatever I want with the calories I freed up.

  4. Yes, it’s amazing that amount of empty calories people ingest daily with alcohol.

    I’ve never really been one for alcohol, but I cut out most food and realized I was still hungry.
